Van egy hp 2550l nyomtatónk usb-vel a debian 7 szerverre kötve, és cupssal nyomtatnak róla a felhasználóim.Ritkán használjuk, így nemtudom, hogy mióta nem nyomtat és hogy mi válthatta ki a hibát.
A többi printer hibátlanul megy de ez a 2550l még a szerverről parancssorból kiadott nyomtatást sem végzi el, így nem a munkaállomásokon kerestem a hibát, de egyszerre nem is zakkanhat meg ennyi gép.
Megpróbáltam kitörölni és újrarakni, a legújabb HP-Color_LaserJet_2550-Postscript.ppd fájllal is és a felajánlott listából választható driverrel is de a hiba ua.:
Ha a config így néz ki:

vagy így:

Ekkor a hiba:

akkor a hiba:

Ez utóbbit azért próbáltam ki, mert a másik nyomtatónk is hasonló konfiggal, de jól működik:
MakeModel HP Deskjet 3500, hpcups 3.12.6
DeviceURI hp:/usb/deskjet_3500?serial=TH396121CD76

Én nem látok, ebbe a részbe hibát. Resume után próbáltál rá nyomtatni, vagy van a nyomtatási sorba feladat?
A resume után egy darabig Processing, aztán újra a hiba.
Ha kitisztítom a sort és úgynyomok resumet, akkor Idle, majd az új nyomtatásnál ismét hiba...
Közben találtam ezt át is írtam mindent az USB alatt rw-re, de nincs változás...
szerk.:
rádugva egy laptopra, az is hol látta, hol nem. Így megnéztem a csatlakozót, és az usb 4 lábából csak 3 volt a helyén, és a középső vezető műanyag pöcs le volt törve...
Gondolom takarítónéni partvisfeje akadhatott a vezetékbe, majd a maga módján próbálhatta visszatenni...
Itt találtam panelt bontva, na de ennyi pénzért..
Megpróbálom otthon a garázsban megmókolni valahogy, hátha kapok pirospontot a munkaadómtól :)

aztán persze automatikusan megtalálta és ezt a bejegyzést generálta a configba
